Goodbye Summer

School starts tomorrow, meaning today is the last day of summer. I wish I had more free time, as today was the only weekday of the WHOLE summer that I stayed home on. Without the rigorous torture of work and supervision, I enjoyed chilling in my own realm of world. Yes I had to procrastinate but I felt relaxed while doing them :) Senior year is knocking on my door....

In the beginning of summer I posted a series of goals that I would like to achieve. Now its time to assess my performance.
  • Summer work for school (Passed, like I had any other choice ._.)
  • At least one college essay done (Haha, lets just say, it didnt work so well)
  • Memorize all the vocab words in my SAT book (ALL? Nah, I did most)
  • Critical Reading score +++++ (Shut up T_T, I've been working hard and will continue to work)
  • Start filling out apps and scholarships? (In the process of doing, essay is holding things up)
  • Learn the basics of how to DJ (NO....)
  • Get a new hairstyle (Passed :D)
  • Clean out my whole closet and buy new clothes (Partially passed, I bought some clothe)
  • Gain at least 10 pounds of muscle (10? Woah I was ambitious, umm i think i got 2 lol)
  • Up my vertical jump so I get closer to dunking (No time...)
  • Get AC in my car (Screw that)
O man...I give myself a "D" as a grade :(
Although I didn't perform so well on this list, I gotta say there are positives that came out of the summer. Hmmm money is a big one, also I developed a sense of what I wanna do for college and beyond. Also some LYFers moved away this summer and I was blessed with the opportunity to better know them before they left. AND COSTA RICA WAS FREAKING AWESOME :)
